Return Policy

At ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure efficient processing of returns while maintaining product quality, the following Return Policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the original invoice date.
  • All returns require prior approval from ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC.
  • Products must be:
    • New, unused, and unmounted.
    • In original condition with all labels, barcodes, and manufacturer markings intact.
    • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of installation.
    • Suitable for resale as determined upon inspection.

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise.
  • Returns received without an authorized RMA may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
  • The RMA number must be clearly displayed on all return shipping documentation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Mounted or installed tires.
  • Used tires or products showing evidence of use.
  • Special-order or custom-order products.
  • Closeout, discontinued, clearance, or final sale merchandise.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, misuse, or transportation after delivery.
  • Products returned after the approved return period without written authorization.

4. Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns of stock merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Restocking fees may be waived when the return results from:
    • An error by ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC.
    • Incorrect product shipped by ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC.
    • Manufacturer-approved warranty replacement.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original freight and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC or a verified manufacturer defect.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned merchandise is packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Inspection and Credit

  • All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • Credit will only be issued after inspection confirms the product meets all return requirements.
  • Products that do not meet these standards may be returned to the customer without credit.

7. Manufacturer Warranty

Defective products are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC will assist customers in submitting warranty claims; however:

  • Warranty approval is determined solely by the manufacturer.
  • Credit or replacement cannot be guaranteed until the manufacturer's evaluation has been completed.
  • Processing times vary depending on the manufacturer.

8. Damaged, Short, or Incorrect Shipments

Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any shortages, shipping damage, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims should include:

  • Invoice number
  • Photographs of the merchandise and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Failure to report shipping discrepancies within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

9. Refunds and Credits

Approved returns will be processed as either:

  • Credit to the original method of payment; or
  • Credit to the customer's account for future purchases, depending on account terms.

Approved credits are generally processed within 7–10 business days following inspection.

10. Order Cancellations

  • Stock orders may be canceled prior to shipment without penalty.
  • Orders that have already shipped are subject to this Return Policy.
  • Special-order merchandise cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

11. Commercial Sales

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are considered final after the return period expires.

For commercial accounts:

  • Returns exceeding $2,500 require management approval.
  • Customers with delinquent accounts may have approved credits applied toward outstanding balances.
  • ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC reserves the right to deny returns from accounts that do not comply with established credit terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product sold.

The customer's sole remedy shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or credit of the product as determined by ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC and/or the product manufacturer.

13. Policy Changes

ACCELL Tire Distributors, LLC reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect on the original invoice date will govern the transaction.
